Political Considerations Aside, “Extradite Tamimi”

B”H

Arnold Roth:

Shalom.

Although Jordan is a signatory to the International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism; Here [below Declarations] is why Jordan really refuses to extradite Tamimi – because of “political considerations” (in it’s ongoing “war” against the Zionist Jewish State) as a state sponsor of terrorism. It would have to outlaw financing of terrorism, assent to the below Conventions and outlaw Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood which supports King Abdullah and the Hashemite regime.

I do not recognize Jordan as a sovereign since it was established in violation of Articles 5, 15, and 25 of the Mandate for Palestine and the Anglo-American Treaty of 1924!
On a side note: the Hashemites would not be in power if not for the Jericho Conference of December 1948 wherein the Arabs “of Palestine” exercised the right to self determinism by electing Abdullah I as their sovereign; so their [below] Declarations is a non-sequitur within the context of paragraph 1(b) of article 2 of the Convention.

It logically follows that Jordan violates the Israeli-Jordanian Peace Treaty by permitting Tamimi to broadcast on Hamas satellite TV station “Al Quds” and continue to incite terrorists in violation of 18 USC 2333, et seq.!

Jordan 15 Declarations:
“1. The Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan does not consider acts of national armed struggle and fighting foreign occupation in the exercise of people’s right to self-determation as terrorist acts within the context of paragraph 1(b) of article 2 of the Convention.
       2. Jordan is not a party to the following treaties:
       A. Convention on the Physical Protection of Nuclear Material, adopted in Vienna on 3 March 1980.
       B. Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts against the Safety of Maritime Navigation, done at Rome on 10 March 1988.
       C. Protocol for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts against the Safety of Fixed Platforms Located on the Contiental Shelf, done at Rome on 10 March 1988.
       D. International Convention for the Suppression of Terrorist Bombings, adopted in New York on 15 December 1997.
Accordingly Jordan is not bound to include, in the application of the International Covention for the Supresssion of the Financing of Terrorism, the offences within the scope and as defined in such Treaties.”
